"Based on recommendations from our existing members, monthly membership is the equivalent cost of one full time VA (virtual assistant) at $8.76/hr., and we include the fully trained VAs who process the leads too. You'll pay just $1,497 as a member per month plus the cost of your marketing. We collect the first 3 months up front plus a small administrative fee which works out to $4,997. You only pay for your marketing as it is mailed.
This includes the VAs processing your leads, the purchase of the seller and buyer leads, customized Podio CRM application including support, and training materials for you and your staff. You are also given the ability to send text messages to your clients as well as have an 800 number.
