Our Sales Ninja Phone Team, sometimes referred to as Internal Sales Agents (ISAs), perform all the return phone calls from direct mail or other campaigns. These could be hangups, viable leads from voice messages, follow ups from prior calls, or even reviving dead leads. These leads will have first come into your Podio CRM and then pushed to the Five9 Auto Dialer for outbound dialing."
