Each REIvault membership includes the REIvault Basic Follow Up "Drip" Campaign which is a pre-defined 180-day series/sequence of follow up Six Text Messages and Six Slybroadcast Voice Messages triggered automatically when Seller Leads are moved into the "Follow-up" status in Podio.
IMPORTANT: to align the Drip Campaign to your team, there are a couple quick setup steps where we need the following infomation:
For Texts: we need the Name and Phone Number of the person on your team who you want to receive call backs from the Text Messages. The Name and Phone Number is appended on the end of each Text Message
For SlyBroadcast: we need the Phone Number of the person on your team who you want to receive call backs from the SlyBroadcast Voicemail Messages. This is the Call Back Phone Number that will be displayed in the Seller Lead's Voicemail
The easitest way to complete the setup is to email Support@reivault.com provide us with Name and Phone Number of the person on your team who you want to receive call backs from the Text Messages; and the Phone Number to use in SlyBroadcast and request the setup.
If you want to do the setup yourself, here are the steps: 1) Access the "Configuration" Application in your Podio Workspace 2) in the "Text Follow Up" record, update the POC for Text (Name) field for the desired Name you want appended to each Text Message 3) in the "Text Follow Up" record, update the Local Phone # Text Follow Up field for the desired Call Back Phone Number appended to each Text Message. Phone number format is (###) ###-#### ie: (925) 383-0000. 4) in the in the "Sly Broadcast - Voicemail Blast - Follow Up" record, update the Local Phone # Sly Broadcast (Caller ID) field with the desired Call Back Phone Number that will be displayed in the Seller Lead's Voicemail - Mesage Recieved from. Phone number format is the Area code and phone# without any dashes or parentheses. ie: 9253830000.
The Basic Text and SlyBroadcast Campgains will automatically stop once they complete the 180-day sequence. To manually stop or Inactivate the Basic Followup Text and SlyBroadcast campaigns at any time, please use one of the following two Options.
1) in the Podio Seller Lead record change the Podio Seller Lead "Status" to any status other than "Follow Up" 2) in the Podio Seller Lead record under "Text Seq" section, click on the "Turn Off" button; and also under "Sly Broadcast Seq" section; click on the "Turn Off" button.
