There is no carry over of unused Leads. The Base Sales Ninja Phone Team package includes 150 Leads, so if you only Push 100 leads in the month the 50 "unused" leads do not carry over into the next month. Given the nature of this service with hiring and utilizing costly resources, it would be impossible to support carry over and would require a higher monthly fee structure to support. Based on feedback from our early pilot members, we have no carry over of unused leads so that we can provide the lowest cost structure for our members.
