Since you're still in your initial 90 day minimum period, we will put your account on "System Only" status which is only $197/mo and will keep your podio active and your phone #'s active. This will allow new leads to continue to flow into your Podio Workspace. When you are ready to go back to Active status, we we will resume the remaining unused portion of your initial prepaid membership fee. For example, if you downgrade at day 60 (2 months), once you return to Active you will have 30 remaining days (1 month) of your prepaid membership. After which you'd be charged at the respective monthly membership level.
