I need a new voicemail message / script for my voice mail that doesn't just say we buy below market value. I have talked to several sellers and they say they didn't leave a message because we are only interested in distressed property.

We recommend not changing the voice message. Instead, call the hangups and convert them. You will find 100's of reasons given why the seller doesn't leave the voice mail and it's like the "Goldilocks Syndrome" it's either too hot or too cold. Ignore that. You're better off with a better pre-qualified seller and then call them all back. We have other campaigns where we don't even take them to a prerecorded message.

If you want to change, we can provide you the script that you can decide what you want deleted or you can record your own message. I'd strongly recommend against changing this at all. It's built to convert. We've made these types of changes in the past and always end up reverting back.
