You can expect 5% of the voice mails to be either angry or requesting to be "removed from the mailings." This is expected and common. A couple of things:
1) You should definitely not be listening to the voicemails that are coming into your email. They are really just an audio file. These voice mail emails go into Podio and the VAs will process them, transcribe them and identify the good vs. the bad leads. Only 20% of the Voice Mail leads will be viable.
