Removing a property owner/seller or lead from receiving future mail is simple easy with REIvault. Simply select the "Remove from STL Mailings" in the Direct Mail field in your REIvault Seller Leads Podio application. You'll need to make sure there is a property address associated with the lead so that our VAs can identify the property. A task is created for the VAs to handle this for you. This can save you hundreds of dollars over time in lost mail and hours of aggrevation of you not doing it yourself.
