"Our VAs who process your leads can and will pull property profiles and comparables for ALL your viable leads (those where the seller provides an address and states that they have a property they may want to sell. We recommend Realquest for this which most of us in the REIvault use. If you have a different tool or access to the MLS, you can simply provide us your login and specific instructions on exactly how you like your comparables pulled and our team will start doing that. Preferably this would be in some form of video training for them.
If you want to use Realquest, you can signup with them and then provide us the username and password. Our team can set everything up and start processing your comparables. Note that in non-disclosure markets you will need MLS access or a local tool/service for pulling comps."
Or else, as an opton, if you want us to publish the reports for you (without you having to sign up with Realquest / MLS), a $97.00 a month optional Add On is available for us to pull up to 30 comparable reports using our Realquest login.
