You do not need your own voice mail and phone system. As a member of REIvault, we provide the automated phone and routing system all Done-For-You. For each marketing campaign, we setup a 800/888 or local phone number (depending upon the type of campaign), we setup the pre-recorded message and routing system. You are provided upto ten 800/888 or local phone numbers for Active REIvault Campaigns at no additional cost (additional phone lines available). We know that if anything is left to you, it may not get done or done right. Time is money and as a real estate investor, your time should be on the phone with sellers closing great deals. Our staff will setup everything up for you. Additionally, for other marketing you have, the REIvault "shared" team can setup and route those leads into the system. For some of our campaigns, we recommend a Live operator or a member of your team answer. In this case, we will likely recommend PATLive.com and we can set that all up for you and have PATLive bill you directly ($80 per month for upto 50 live calls and 250 total calls).
