If you want to update yourself, there are a couple simple steps: 1) Access the ""Configuration"" Application in your Podio Workspace 2) in the ""Text Follow Up"" record, update the POC for Text (Name) field for the desired Name appended to each Text 3) in the ""Text Follow Up"" record, update the Local Phone # Text Follow Up field for the desired Call Back Phone Number appended to each Text
