For finding buyers, you can either provide our team a property address that you have under contract or a list of zip codes. Our team will provide you the data count breakdown of the cash buyers by zip code. As a "Best Practice" we suggest mailing $300 for each buyer campaign which typically generates about 50 buyer calls and averages 2-3 good cash buyers. We've made this process easy. We look for recent buyers of like kind properties who have purchased at least 5 properties in the past 6 months using cash or private funds.
