REIvault provides a unique phone number for each mailing campaign which is integrated with the entire REIvault CRM and systems for automating the lead flow process, metrics tracking, and "best practices" monitoring. The number may be either a toll free 800 or 888 number or local number, depending upon the previous results and "best practices" of the campaign. The pre-recorded message or Live Operator routing is all setup Done-For-You along with all the other setup and testing. In the event you want to use your own phone number, we can setup a Custom Campaign with custom routing to support our system. We discourage this, however we can setup the Custom Campaign for your own phone number for $97 per Campaign to cover the cost and time required to make sure this is setup and properly tested since it is not part of our standard operating process and procedures. For each mail campaign, we include the the cost of the phone numbers, and applicable minutes and transcription in the cost of our mail. REIvault membership includes upto ten phone numbers for Active , "Paused" or Inactive REIvault Campaigns OR for use with other non-REIvault Campaigns like Bandit Signs, Internet Leads, etc. As needed, additional phone numbers will automatically be purchased for you per the terms of your initial agreement, in packages of 10.
