No. The Standard Follow Up Campaigns cannot be changed and we do not recommend this. However, we do support you having Custom Campaigns to support your needs. In the event you would like to customize your own Follow Up Campaigns and Follow Up Campaign Sequences, you'll need to complete our Custom Follow Up Campaign Template, have your own Slybroadcast account with your voicemail recordings setup (including the specific PINs) and provide that back to support@REIvault.com. Additional fees apply starting at $97 setup per campaign by the REIvault Podio Professional Services Team.
